Hörerhalterung und Filter sind so klein, dass sie im normalen Kuvert 114x162 mm schwer zu finden sind. Dafür derart hohe Versandkosten zu berechnen ist unverständlich.

Das sind mittlerweile meine 2 Geräte von my second ear...einfach genial preislich unschlagbar und total unkomplizierte Anpassung. Macht weiter so liebe Grüße ans Team.
The Oticon TV. It works properly, but the hearing is not perfect. Due to the coupling to my auditory pavilion. The sound is lost... I have to cover it with headband headphones.....
Habe die Trockenbox jeden Abend, nachdem ich die Hörgeräte sauber gemacht hab, im Einsatz. Trocknet sehr gut und durch das UV-Licht zudem noch Keimfrei. Kann dieses Produkt nur weiterempfehlen. Danke.
Durch ein geliefertes Leihgerät, konnte ich während der Reparatur, weiter gut hören.
Die hin und Rücklieferung war auch kein Problem. Der Service war insgesamt sehr gut.
