Moin, I have had my hearing aids for a good 2.5 weeks now and would like to venture an evaluation today.

5 stars for the Phonak Naida Paradise P90. A super device, simply ingenious.
5 stars for the absolutely unrivaled price. For these devices I would have had to spend a good 2000 € more locally

3 stars for the ordering process and delivery time. Why: at Mysecondear you can not test devices as usual at the local hearing care professional and then decide. You are well advised but must pay for the devices in advance. I don't know how often you can use the 30 day right of withdrawal, because I knew what I wanted. For the fitting of the earmolds you have to go to one of the 4 branches. That was a one-way trip of 160 km for me. I now have Thermotec earmolds, which were also a good 300 € more expensive locally.
Since I have family in Hamburg, the way was not so crucial for me. What must go in any case better is the delivery time. I but waited over 5 weeks.
4 stars for communication and accessibility. It happens that you do not receive an answer to a sent mail. In any case, someone was always available when calling.
3 stars for the service, as far as I can tell after such a short time. There is still potential for improvement here. I was promised to deliver replacement hoses, I'm waiting for 2 weeks now.
5 stars for competent staff, my devices came preset and it was so already a very good feeling. The initial fitting in Hamburg was very good, the employee knew what he was doing.

What I also like about Mysecoundear is that I get a 5-year warranty on the devices and can have online adjustments made at any time.
Therefore, I come to a rating of 4 stars.

The best hearing aids for my needs!

I ordered a pair of Phonak Naida P UP 90 - these are simply the best hearing aids for my needs!
I do have severe hearing loss (45-55-85-103-120-120-120-105dB)
MySecondEar sent these hearing aids already fitted according to my audiogram, everything is perfect!
I can finally do phone calls, streaming from every activated device (tablet, laptop and phone), the audio is switched between these seamlessly! Wow!

From the first telephone contact to the pickup - everything great! Price definitely unbeatable. The advice very competent. My hearing aid was after the adjustment at pickup already 10 times better than at the then acoustician after x appointments on site with the trial hearing aid. Was definitely worth the trip to Hamburg !!! Absolutely recommended.

Naída Paradise is a powerful BTE device from the manufacturer Phonak which provides you with a comprehensive hearing experience through improved software. Extremely convincing is the automatic adjustment of the hearing devices to your hearing environment. The hearing quality of the Naída Paradise is mainly determined by three functions:
